Helnan Chellah Hotel, Rabat

The hotel's location is perfect, just a few steps away from the city center and the museum. The staff is very helpful and super friendly, really into hospitality. The dining options were very nice with a variety of foods beyond the Moroccan breakfast staples. However, there was mold in the bathroom and the breakfast room, and the lack of a quiet room due to overbooking was frustrating with no logical reason provided.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Rabat, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and modern, offering comfortable beds and bathrooms, although some areas showed signs of mold. The service was a bit lacking in etiquette at times, such as interrupting meals for bill signatures, but overall, the staff was attentive. The dining options were basic but offered a variety of choices. The facilities were generally satisfactory, although some improvements could be made. The location is safe and ideal for getting around, especially with easy access to taxis and the train station.
